- Can I get roadside assistance in another state if I'm travelling?
Certainly! As an AANT member, you can access 24/7, 365-day roadside assistance across Australia, even when traveling interstate. Our extensive network ensures prompt help wherever you are, providing services like jump-starts, flat tyre assistance, fuel delivery, lockouts, and towing.
- If I'm driving my partner's car and it breaks down, can I still call AANT for assistance?
At AANT, our roadside assistance covers you, the member, rather than a specific vehicle. This means that if you're driving your partner's car and it breaks down, you can still rely on us for assistance. Your AANT membership ensures you're protected, regardless of the vehicle you're driving.
- Do I need to have my card with me when I breakdown?
No, as long as our team can verify you over the phone then we can still provide assistance. By downloading the AANT app you will also have access to your digital card no matter where you are.
