Arriving at Darwin Convention Centre
Schools should follow the Traffic Management Plan provided before the event and ensure all bus drivers are familiar with the arrival and parking arrangements.
Buses can drop students off at the Porte Cochère, at the front of the Darwin Convention Centre.
Schools using the rear car park should follow the designated access arrangements outlined in the Traffic Management Plan.
A teacher from each school must check in at the registration desk at the Porte Cochère on arrival and collect their school’s event pack.
Bus Parking
Small buses can park all day in the rear car park of the Darwin Convention Centre.
Larger buses can park all day at Anchorage Court Car Park.

Departing Darwin Convention Centre (DCC)
To help manage departures efficiently and in a timely manner, buses will use designated pick-up points:
- Porte Cochère (at the front of the DCC)
- Rear Car Park (to the rear of the DCC)
- Stokes Hill Road (to the side of the DCC)
- Anchorage Court Car Park
Schools will be advised directly which pick-up point they have been allocated.
Please ensure your bus driver has been provided with the Traffic Management Plan and knows the allocated pick-up point and departure time before arriving at the event.
