Ticket Redemption:
You will receive an email directly from AANT (info@aant.com.au) with your electronic tickets attached.
You can expect to receive your email/electronic tickets within 3 days.
The email containing your electronic tickets will also contain information on how to redeem.
Wristbands
Upon arrival at the AANT Club, you will be greeted by your host and provided with a hospitality wristband for the day.
Please note that you will receive a different coloured wristband on Saturday and Sunday.
Facility Location and Access
The AANT Club is located at H6/H7, the bottom of the Terraces grassed hill. Please refer to the Venue Map for more information.

Hospitality Details
6-hour premium food and beverage hospitality package is included each day (beer, wine, cider, sparkling and non-alcoholic options. Spirits are available for purchase.
Guests are reminded that drinks are to remain 1m away from the balcony railing.
Dietary Requirements
Caterers can provide meal options to suit allergy and dietary requirements. To ensure the catering team is prepared, please advise Darwin Supercars of any dietary requirements no later than Friday 6th June.

Dress Code
The minimum dress code for Darwin Supercars hospitality is smart casual.
Permitted: Dress jeans/shorts, t-shirts/singlets and racing shirts
Not Permitted: Midriffs or active wear
Arriving via vehicle, ride share or drop off
The parking, ride-share, and drop-off area is located in front of Gate 3. Access the venue via the Tiger Brennan Overpass and follow signage and directions from traffic management. Once inside the venue, you can walk to the AANT Club — the walk from Gate 3 is approximately 250 metres.
Arriving via free bus service
Attached to this email is a map and timetable for the free bus service. Buses arrive at Hidden Valley via Gate 1, located at the top entrance of the venue. From there, it is approximately a 230-metre walk around the Hairpin to reach the AANT Club.
A dedicated Hospitality Shuttle Bus will operate between all corporate hospitality facilities from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Accessibility Services

However, due to the physical environment surrounding some of our venues on site, we may not be able to provide full accessibility access.

We are committed to continually improving our accessibility measures and appreciate your understanding.
There is a dedicated accessibility internal shuttle service that will operate on a loop throughout the venue from 9am on Saturday and Sunday. Guests requiring additional assistance can call our Event Champions on (08) 8928 1902.
Smoking Areas
There are designated smoking areas located throughout the venue. Your suite host will be able to direct you to your closest smoking area, also marked on the Venue Map.
