The Australian Automobile Association (AAA) is the peak body for motoring associations throughout Australia and the world. These associations have agreed to provide service to members on a reciprocal basis. As a member, you are entitled to assistance and information, sometimes automatically and sometimes by arranging temporary membership of these other organisations.

For emergency road service anywhere in Australia, call 131 111 and you will be connected to the local club.

Overseas

The International Touring Alliance (AIT) is the worldwide organisation of Touring Clubs and Automobile Associations. AIT clubs agree to provide a broad range of services to members travelling abroad for up to three months. Services may vary from club to club, but will generally be similar to those provided by clubs to their own members. To obtain the services, members should present their current AANT membership card that bears the AIT logo.

For more information on driving overseas or reciprocal arrangements with other motoring clubs, contact us on (08) 8925 5901.

We can also assist with an International Driving Permit – essential for driving overseas.
