The Australian Automobile Association (AAA), of which the AANT is a member, is affiliated with motoring associations throughout Australia and the world.
These associations have agreed to provide service to financial members of each other's association on a reciprocal basis.
As a member, you are entitled to assistance and information, sometimes automatically and sometimes by arranging temporary membership of these other organisations.

Overseas
The International Touring Alliance (AIT) is the worldwide organisation of Touring Clubs and Automobile Associations.
AIT clubs agree to provide a broad range of services to each other's members travelling abroad for a time frame of up to three months.
Services may vary from club to club, but will generally be similar to those provided by clubs to their own members.
The Australian Automobile Association has produced a brochure (File size: 1.70mb) providing the contact details of overseas clubs and special conditions that may apply to service.
To obtain the services, members should present their current AANT membership card which bears the AIT logo.
