About Your Card

AANT Card

How often will cards be issued?

Your membership card has a long lifespan therefore will not require annual issue. A new card can be sent upon request should you lose or damage your card or change your name.

Why is there no expiry date or Membership status on my card?

As the card has a long lifespan and circumstances change these details are not printed on the card. Your annual renewal notice will confirm your expiry and present level of cover.

What happens when you call for roadside assistance?

As a member of AANT, no matter where in Australia your vehicle/towed unit breaks down, simply call 13 11 11, any time, day or night to receive roadside assistance. In all locations throughout Australia, your call will be directed to the local affiliated motoring organisation within that State or Territory. To assist you as quickly as possible we will need to verify your membership number as stated on your card and your personal details. Your vehicle and location details along with an explanation of what happened or appears to be the problem will also be required.

How do I access one of the world’s largest member benefit programmes?

The AANT has joined with other Australian and overseas motoring clubs to bring you an exciting benefits programme. The Show Your Card and Save symbol featured on your new card entitles you to immediate savings from retailers across the Northern Territory, Australia and many other parts of the world, including the USA, Europe, Japan, China, Canada and the UK. Just look for the Show Your Card and Save symbol at participating retailers.
